Is there any regulatory body in India which is responsible for quality of such programs. In Indore(M.P.) itself there are 28 colleges offering these programs. Fee charged varies from 3 to 8 lacs. These college operate in Commercial Buildings, and no norms of operation are there. They have touts(commission agents)for admitting the students and naive students from villages are getting fooled.
