Its not without reason that he is considered the alter-ego of Buffett. Its generally believed that it was Charlie's influence on Buffett that made him look at the "qualitative" side of business, instead of merely focusing on the "quantitative" side, as proposed by Buffett's mentor Benjamin Graham. If anyone is interested, you could get a signed copy of Munger's book "Poor Charlie's Alamanack" here for $100.
