The clarity of prose is very compelling. 

The next question is, why then there is much more thrust( at least verbally) in rural development rather than planned urbanization? Is there more political incentive from ruralization than urbanization? I doubt! Or is it plain ignorance? As a very old reader of your blogs, I know, you won&#039;t hesitate to chose the latter. But is there any third reason?</description>
