Elections are approaching. Time to take stock, think and cast the vote carefully.
That may take care of the politicians. But what about the bureaucrats? The article

 Thinking about it a cell phone with a built in projector(such devices are already in the market and are being improved day by day) or cell phone along with a pocket projector can be used and content can be distributed on pen drives.

This would make it more cost effective and remove the need for laptop altogether.</description>

I think the best way to use ICT for education in Indian context is to have one laptop/projector per class and one server per school and to centrally develop quality video content and deliver the same on DVD&#039;s/hard disks.
