Though I had other options, I somehow fell into their marketing trap and took a pre-paid connections. Pathetic network, even worse customer service and to top it all, their helpline. So, I can perfectly understand the agony you are going through!! But Atanu, how do you think they are surviving in this competitive market? Is everyone offering poor services then?!
