		<description>You don&#039;t give the government enough credit. They obviously have accounted for the inflationary pressures this would create. Why else would they only release 15% of the money to the poor.

They have managed to create a national welfare program, while redirecting any inflationary sideffects to trivial items such as luxury cars and imported whiskey.  BRILLIANT!</description>
