 A  senior bank official in India  once peremptorily proceeded to confiscate &quot;the piece of land&quot; pledged by the poor ( someone like Muni in Horse &amp; Goats of R.K.Narayan) loan defaulter ....only  to discover  that  it was  the  Railway  Platform !</description>
