This is the same woman whose cockamamy logic and polemics were displayed when she said that india is her aunt and bangladesh her mother and when one is upset with her she should go to the other. So much for being a writer? Also, is accepting riffraffs a good thing for india especialy when there are millions more from where she is still wanting to come and settle in india. Those societies created the mess they are in let them sort there own mess or retrogress. IMNHO she should be deported back to bangladesh or to any other country that will accept her.

A group of 20 people with sticks can and are treated as a law and order problem and are sufficient to put curbs on freedom of expression. So strictly as a matter of law, what happened in Kolkata is grounds for suspending our freedom of expression. The real tragedy is that there is little support even among the affluent to change the above law to a full freedom of expresion and all that it entails. There are always people who seek to put curbs on this freedom whether it be in Muslim cartoons or Hindu paintings or Christian films.
