Absolutely brilliant. This plan makes me weep in despair looking at the future that will not be due to our pathetic political class and our mass socialist inertia. One cries for hope, even the tiniest sliver, perhaps that is provided by a top bschool discussing this idea. Perhaps, one day, someday….

I think I mentioned this before, but I had RISC completely opposite. The presentation clarifies my thinking.
BTW, any progress on the project - any seed(s) planted yet?
