The delightful story told in an earlier post Thoughts Without a Thinker must be followed by the story that Amar was kind enough to point me to on his blog. Go read Tat Tvam Asi (That Thou Art).

Lovely. Tat Tvam Asi clearly tells us how we just have to unlearn our learnings and our habitual identifications as our “selves”. All in two words, and a “let go”.
I enjoy these posts under Buddhism.
Do have any idea what is a fair wage for a textile designer living in Faridabad outside Delhi. He will also act as an agent for fabric production. What hourly rate is fair. He has suggested GBP3000.00 per month. I could really do with some guidence and do not know who to ask. We are starting a non for profit business, our profits will all go back to India to help people who suffer because of leprosy. We want to be sure we are paying a fair wage, and also be sure that we are fair to all the people working for us in India.
