We can take some measures to curbe the population like: 1) For govt servants ,if they have more than 2 children there should be no promotions,no yearly increament in the salary.They should not get any benefits like accomodation,medical reimbursment etc. 2) Spread of education is the best remedy. 3) Giving incentives to govt servants who practise family planning. 4)Persons having more than 2 children should not be allowed to contest any elections.
