For developement of rural India, we need to build sustainable enterprises with sustainable technologies, sustainable financing systems and sustainable management methods, capable to inverse the economic & human migration. Then only, we shall be able to develop the rural India. Having achieved this milestone, a benevolent State should then enact suitable law to provide Land Grant for setting up schools and colleges that will become the future seats of learning, to promote overall education to build a sustainable civil society.
