Hi Atanu,
Have you read Das Capital. If not, you have to read it now, both from philosophical point of view and Economic point of view. Your analysis shows you are able to see the truth.
Our President is a good govt scientist who was able to reach higest bureaucratic post of the land. Our bureaucracy thrives on file pushing and indesicion. They know how to serve their masters. Their masters are not the people, the politician.
regards
Nagendra

Atanu,

You are right that 'Produced Stuff' is important.

But Knowledge is the leverage which elevates the
production of Stuff across volumes, scale and scope. The Knowledge required to produce 1 Vada-Pav at one time and the Knowledge required to product thousands of Vada-Pavs at a time is vastly different.
