a good book and i have fell foul of a few
of these rules especially the historical data trap thinking the world has an order
running through it is plainly madness but you see it all the time in markets and at
bookies i have a theory thats why bookies try as much to front bets with as much chaos as possible ie horseracing if you reduce this by backing things with less chaos eg boxing tennis the odds are rubbish and you have to use big money you see when your fronted with a chaotic event you start thinking history will repeat to know availe .

There's a blunder at the very beginning of the list:

"A set of simple (major and minor) rules devised by a set of Swiss 'investors'..."

It's not investors. It's speculators.

Thank you for posting these. I bought this book in 1988. I think it was with some of my last dollars. I read it over and over again. Needless to say, I still follow these principles and am a millionaire today.
